Super Easy Breakfast
A super fast, tasty, easy to clean and healthy breakfast. Ingredients: 1 egg (or substitute), fat-free milk, 1 slice low fat cheese, 2 thin slices of lunch meat, toasted english muffin. Add the egg and milk to a cup with the same bottom size as the muffins. Stir and microwave for 1 min.
MORE INFORMATION:
Stir as needed to keep from exploding over. Add the cheese and the meat on top of this, and microwave again for 10-15 seconds to melt the cheese. Put on the toasted english muffin - done. Can also add chopped vegis to the eggs instead of toppings.

I rarely use a regular size dinner plate any more. My portion sizes have shrunk, and, so I don't feel deprived, so has my plate size. Now I usually eat off the "bread plate" (the size between a saucer and a dinner plate). That way, my smaller portion doesn't look so small dwarfed on a big plate. My salad bowl, though, has grown.
