I Have Lots Of Water Or Herbal Tea Through Out The Day

I was never a breakfast person but now I always have breakfast to start out my day that way I know that I won't eat to much for lunch and I won't make the wrong choices through out my day, my motivation is to keep going and I know that making poor choices is not an option any more, I am half way to my goal weight and I will not let past mistakes rule my life, this time it's different I have made a lifestyle chose and I am not calling this a diet, my health depends on it.
To lose weight I really don't need to have a whole gym in my house having the out side is good enough, I get the benefit of the fresh air and it helps me clear my head, my favourite breakfast is spelt bread with low fat cream cheese and herbal tea with splenda

Sometimes I get so sick of drinking water all day long. To keep it interesting, I always carry a box of herbal teas with me. Herbal teas have lots of good ingredients and keep you drinking water. Also, it's great hot AND cold!
I have invested in a large stash of fruit flavored herbal teas. Peach and mint medley (bigelow) herbals are my favorite and I do Pomegranate Green tea when I need a little caffeine. This has really helped me increase my water intake during the day and right before meals. I don't like regular water, but I will drink my peach tea all day long!
