I am addicted to sweets! Gotta gotta have them. I may be the last one to discover this but Skinny Cow is a brand of ice cream and most of their products are under 150 calories! Try 'em out. They have ice cream sandwiches, caramel ice cream cones, and other stuff. I eat them at least three times a week, and I don't feel guilty about it!

Your spouse can be a huge help. Every time I crave chips or sweets during the night, he gets to tickle me or do something I can't stand. It sounds weird, but I have to choose between having sweets and getting tickled or having something healthier.
When I'm craving something sweet, like a cookie or candy. I'll eat fresh fruit and a tablespoon or two of nutella. It tastes just like chocolate to me but is healthier. The sweet fruit always hits my sweet tooth and the chocolate taste makes me forget that I'm not actually having candy.
My favorite fruit for this is strawberries. Moderation is important because too much nutella can be high calories.
Grapes are a natural sweet treat....so when you have the urge to munch on sweets that are not good for you...grab a handful of grapes. Having a frozen snack attack??? Got that covered too....freeze some grapes in a plastic freezer bag to retain freshness...when you desire frozen sweets....grab them magical grapes!!!!!277
