Having a streak going with my walking is all that it takes to go out and walk on those days I don't feel like it. I began walking 15 days ago and haven't missed a day yet. Chris Downie's exercise streak is over 700 days. I hope to do that, one day at a time.

One of the ways I stay active on spark people is to use the spark streaks. Logging on to spark is one of my streaks and because I do not want to break it I have logged on just about every day. Even if I do not feel up to sparking I will log on and that gets me going.
Pick something that you need to work on a start a Spark Streak, it really does work! I started a walking streak and am now up to 85 consecutive days of walking. My streak has gotten so big there's no way I want to end it!
I share my streak on my Sparkpage, in my blog, on Facebook. This way, if I break my streak, I have to tell all of these people I broke it. Its easier for me to just take a walk!
