Every evening for an evening snack I either eat a container of Yoplain Whips Choclate Mouse (160 calories) or I have just discovered the Yoplait Parfait Delights (100 calories). It satisfies me and is healthy as well.

    Great...For me I enjoy a low fat fruit yogurt and tea is good also... emoticon emoticon emoticon

    If you like yogurt, you should at least give non-fat greek yogurt a try. Plain is pretty tough to eat at first, because it's not sweet at all, but there are soem great varieties that hav real fruit puree or honey at the bottom.
It's low in sugar and really high in protein (14 grams per for some). Very filling - and even my 3 year old will eat it!
I'm a total convert - regular yogurt tastes way too sweet to me now.

    I find a couple of mugs of hot herbal tea works even better - - relaxes me and makes sleeping that much easier and more fulfilling! emoticon
