When cooking healthy foods, cook enough for a few days. That way it becomes just as easy to grab something healthy as it does something not so healthy and you'll be more likely to choose the healthy stuff.

De-cluttering my kitchen was so much easier then I established work areas--one area for baking (just baking needs in this area) cooking area (just cooking need here); making lunches, etc. Now my kitchen flows better and easier, plus I have only what I need. It is now de-cluttered.
Pre-soak a big batch of pulses for the recommended 8 hours (overnight?), then cook for three quarters of the recommended time. Cook, bag in portions and freeze. Then you've got cooked pulses when you need them.
