Get a good Heart Rate Monitor like Polar, it tells you how many calories you've really burned, and you can do fitness tests along the way to adjust. Also, it is great while working out, because it shows you your target and current heart rate so you know when you need to pick up the pace! I also love that I can keep walking untill I've burned my "goal" calories! emoticon

    I did purchase one and I like it a lot! I am still getting used to it, but you are right.. It motivates me to move a little more, let's me know about calories, let's me know if I am in the zone, etc.....

This is an awesome tool to have... I have one and I love it!!!! Use it around the house when you are cleaning and you will be surprised home many calories you burn just with house work. emoticon
