I try not to ever sit on the couch and watch TV. Instead I clean my house, or walk on the treadmill while watching TV. I try to stay on my feet all day long. I park far away when shopping and take my time walking around the store. I also take my dog out for walks etc...306
I bought these budget friendly shoes at burlington for $20. These shoes are awesome! They are so comfortable that I can be on my feet all day (which really helps with the calorie burn). I haven't felt that all-over, hurts so good, soreness like other workouts, but I do feel a little sore in the "jiggle" right where my legs meet my butt. I really love these, even if the results are just a placebo effect!
I am a chef. Everyone thinks that its very hard to not eat when your are around food all day. The truth is, its not. Your so busy you dont have time to eat. Plus, the food you work with all the time, you dont want nothing to do with.
And yes, my job is a workout. Because I am on my feet all day, I lose quite a bit of calories.
