Ground turkey can be boring. Take a pound of ground turkey and pep it up by adding 1.5 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce , 1/4 tsp Montreal steak seasoning, Tabasco to taste, 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp black pepper. (Add 1/2 tsp salt, if you don't have high blood pressure.) To keep sanitary, put the entire mixture in a gallon size baggie, squish it around, then make your patties. Cook it your way. Serve with onion slices, tomato, lettuce and avocado. Enjoy!
