So I sautee vegetables at least once a day... and recently I've been adding a splash of apple juice to the mix when the veggies are almost done. It sounds weird, but letting the juice caramelize leaves your vegetables tasting even more delightful! + =

I love to cook with lemon juice. Adding a little to chicken or pasta really jazzes up the flavor - espcially when mixed with a small amount of dijon and horseradish. The flavor is nice, but not overwhelming; provides a fix when you want something a little more flavorful. A little lemon juice and cayenne pepper flakes is also good on steamed veggies!
