    thank you... the simplest ideas are often the best and yours is a good one!

i recently started cooking mushrooms in light stock instead of frying them,
and it is actually an improvement taste wise.....i was very pleasantly surprised

    Hi! That is a great idea -- takes away the blandness. I like adding chicken stock to rice, instead of water for the same reason.
