Using the pressure cooker, electric kettle, and such
I've been surprised at how much time, money and energy I've saved lately with a pressure cooker and an electric kettle. The combination allows me to cook fresh food faster at home, which reduces the chances of our going out to eat. And the pressure cooker does a quick job of soaked beans!41
I cook most of my meals in an electric rice cooker, which has a steaming tray. Better carbs, no extra fat, and no picking at it while you eat. If you're shopping, try to find a rice cooker with a steaming tray. If you can't find one, there are still lots of recipes you can make, and a lot of them don't even include rice. 4
I like to make multigrain rice in the bottom while steaming skinless chicken breasts, broccoli and mushrooms in the top, with my favourite seasoning. Works like a charm. You can make lots of other things too like Tofu and Asparagus, and more. Search online for recipes and be amazed!
Its red and black and seen in infomercials as a handy multi use counter top cooker
I bought one thinking, It would be good for healthy cooking and its so small !Dont waste your money is all i can say I do not like it!! I used it one last time and it almost caught fire the paint was cracking off after three days use.
