Zucchini is about 95% water, contains no fat, & may be effective in increasing metabolism. WITH high levels of vitamin C. AND OTHER GOOD NUTRIENTS Start putting zucchini in salads, stews, soups, lasagnas, casserole dishes and even cookies, muffins and cakes ( it will make them moist). Zucchini also helps with rheumatoid arthritis because it has anti-inflammatory properties. Zucchini can be eaten raw with hummus. Try some today.
