Make up 2 jars to look like "piggy banks". Label 1 GIVE & 1 KEEP. Place them in the most used area of your house or office. Every time you say something negative about yourself or your weight, put a quarter in the GIVE jar. When you say something positive, place a quarter in the KEEP jar.

At the end of every month, whatever is in the give jar, give away to a favorite charity or to a family member or friend. Take the money in your keep jar and treat yourself to something nice, like a new piece of clothes or a manicure or something you want.

What skills have you developed (making a well developed workout routine, making solid meal plans, etc), what are some of your past successes (lost 15 lbs, ran a 5k, motivated a friend to exercise), and what new skills do you hope to develop.
