My dietitian once told me that 98% of diets don't work. Either you can't lose al the weight, or you gain it all back. Instead, focus on eating healthy and excercising.

  • I agree, it has to be a life change. I wish I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a lb. but unfortunately I am not one of those people. So changing to a healthier lifestyle is what I must do. I've seen so many people go to these weight loss clinics and loose tons of weight to only have it come back on as soon as they ate a cracker. - by GYMGIRL57
  • I found that once I gave up the battle of dieting and just started eating whole grains, fruits and vegetables mostly with a small amount of meat and only Greek yogurt for dairy (using almond and soy milk instead), I started dropping pounds all on my own. Didn't think that would happen and I'm delighted. - by HYPNONUMBER
