    This is also what is recommended by Spark People under Healthy Lifestyle, Lifestyle Centers, Maintenance information.

    I have reached my desired weight, but find that as soon as I start adding more calories my weight goes up. How can I get my body to start excepting more food without gaining weight? My metabolism appears to not be working to good right now.
