Add An Herbal Tea Bag To Your Water Bottle For A Hint Of Flavor
Members Were Sparked
In order to make my 8+ glasses of water per day more pleasant to power through, I add a bag of herbal tea to my 20+ oz. Sigg bottle, which gives it just a hint of flavor with no calories. Lemon zinger and peppermint are two of my favorites. It definitely makes me drink more water throughout the day

A great way to add flavor to water is to throw a tea bag into your water bottle. It adds just a hint of flavor. Fruit flavors like peach or raspberry taste great. I always drink more water when I use this trick! It's also a great way to use up flavored tea that you may not like served hot.
Many people do not mind to drink plain water but I do get tired of drinking it all day so I add herbal tea or decaf green tea bags to my cool water. I keep a glass by me all day (or a water bottle all day) and just let the tea bag sit in there and leave it in there as I refill during the day. It cold brews the tea and adds great flavor and no calories or caffeine.
I really like the flavor of this tea -- it's good hot or cold, and is a great way for me to get some extra glasses of water in. It has a nice, strong, flavor -- a little bit tart, a little bit naturally sweet.
Sometimes I just put a bag in my bottle of cold water -- that's enough to flavor the water enough to help me drink it!
Other Celestial Seasonings flavors are great, too!
