"Crunchy Sweet Treat"

I love crunchy and sweet! To satisfy that craving I put washed grapes in a single layer on a cookie sheet and freeze. Then put them in single servings in "snack size" plastic bags and put all of the bags in a thicker freezer bag. It's a great "go to" snack. 1 serving = 1 cup at 60 calories!

    If you take sugar free jello (dry) take each grape and dip ithalf way or compleatly cover(while wet after washing)into the grains of dry jello then freeze.....they taste WONDERFUL....Flavors I like with grapes are lime,cherry,watermelon....Ta

    The grapes don't need to be separated before freezing. After they are washed, just put them in a freezer bag (you can even leave the stems on)and they separate easily when you are ready to use them.
