I love crunchy and sweet! To satisfy that craving I put washed grapes in a single layer on a cookie sheet and freeze. Then put them in single servings in "snack size" plastic bags and put all of the bags in a thicker freezer bag. It's a great "go to" snack. 1 serving = 1 cup at 60 calories!

Special K Blueberry is my new guilt-free treat when I need something sweet! I eat it dry, no milk, tthat 3/4 cup serving seems like a lot more eating it a few pieces at a time. Just sweet enough and nice and crunchy. Of course its good with milk too, I just prefer it this way as a snack! Enjoy!
I absolutely love sweet, salty, and crunchy junk food, and I found healthy ways to satisfy those cravings. Sweet: strawberries. Salty (sometimes crunchy too): Salad of dark green lettuces (especially arugula), English cucumber, green onions, tomatoes, grilled chicken, fresh ground black pepper,
dab of fat free and low sodium dressing or juice from whole lime. Crunchy: celery w/peanut butter, 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup (or 2-3 servings, not all at once) dry roasted and unsalted almonds, pecans, peanuts, or hazelnuts. I'm allergic to walnuts, but walnuts are another source of "crunchy" foods.
