You can try Kefir over fruit or cereal, in your morning smoothie, or straight from the bottle..there is even Frozen Kefir. Kefir contains different types of beneficial bacteria than does yogurt, but tastes almost the same....it is also easier to digest and helps with fatigue. Take a graham cracker sheet and break it in half. Then, take some low-fat or sugar free cool whip and spoon it on one 1/2 of the graham and place the other on top. Can be put in the freezer. Can use any cool whip or graham cracker. I like the cinnamon ones! 30
