Kefir id a drinking-style yogurt that tastes a little more tart than yogurt & contains easily digestible complete proteins.Kefir can also help eliminate unhealthy food cravings by making the body more nourished and balanced. Kefir is in the refrigerated section by the eggs or milk proucts and cheaper than yogurt. Buy the plain an add fresh fruit or make a Kefir Smoothie.Careful the flavored has sugar so add your own fruit.
Take a graham cracker sheet and break it in half. Then, take some low-fat or sugar free cool whip and spoon it on one 1/2 of the graham and place the other on top. Can be put in the freezer. Can use any cool whip or graham cracker. I like the cinnamon ones! 30
Take a slice of lean lunch meat and wrap up slices of veggie/fruit inside...some yummy options are bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, romaine, apples, etc. The possibilities are endless. I take 3 slices of Foster Farms lunch meat (45 calories) and wrap up some yummy slices of yellow bell pepper...that's it! Yummy, healthy and easy to take along on ice in a baggie.
