Secret little weight loss sabateurs. A vegan diet is great because it tends to be lower in fat, but there are places where even the strictest vegan can run in to trouble. I hit that myself when I actually looked at what 2 tbsp of peanut butter REALLY looks like. They way to avoid it? Buy some measuring spoons. Until you really learn proper prortions, use them. It only takes a few more seconds and your daily intake as well as your waistline will thank you.
