First of all~ a BIG theme to me is Wedding,Baby Boy,Baby Girl,Christmas. For example,Wedding has a box for PAPER, a second box for EMBELLISHMENTS [flat & 3-D grouped together] and a third box for RUB-ONS/STICKERS. This way when I go to ...
...to look for something specific for a BIG theme,it doesn't take me as long as I really can ORGANIZE all that stuff! It has particularly helped with doing Wedding pages as I LOVE to embellish! Note: I also recommend investing in those stacker carts that you can buy to hold the IRIS boxes!

Weekends can be a dietary challenge. To help me stay on track, I stock my kitchen with healthy snacks with a theme. One weekend the theme will be fresh melon so I buy a party tray of cut melon. Another weekend, the theme will be orange and I will buy sweet potatoes, carrots, and cantaloupe.
Making eating fun helps me stay on track.
