Compliments from others feel great, no doubt, but to truly appreciate the grand scale of reaching your goals, small and large, learn to be your own cheerleader. Cheer for yourself every time you improve your diet. Cheer for yourself when your clothes feel looser. Cheer for yourself when you're feeling a bit blue, and embrace others who may need a cheer, too. We are strong! We are determined! We will meet our goals.
