When I'm out and about it's always harder for me to get my water in...my trick is that I have a dozen inexpensive stretchy pearl bracelets (walmart) I place them on my left wrist in the morning and each time I have 8oz of water I transfer one to my right wrist. keeps track & reminds me!

:-) I tried a similar trick during breastfeeding. But it didn't work as well. I couldn't remember if the bracelet was telling me to feed on that side first or that I had fed on that side first the LAST time.
I would guess it is a little easier to keep with water though.

I enjoy water. Since as a child I never like soda, my parents drew us up on fruit juices, and lemonade. We grew our fruits around the yard in Guyana, we eat them from the tree and some we made homemade drinks from. When we are not drinking fruit juices or fruit drinks we are all drinking water. We had to drink at least 6 glasses of water per day, because we would be in the yard playing. As you run around and perspire you get thirsty, so you have to drink water. That's the main reason I like water and drink so much of it. I am accustom to drinking water. Some days I can go with as much as 11-12 glasses of water. Water is healthy. Some days you should skip the soda, juice, malt and beer instead try drinking water all day and you will start enjoying water.

I have a drawer with all of my jewelry that I had to untangle everything to get a necklace or bracelet to wear. After untangling everything I got cheap snack size ziploc bags from the dollar store and used one bag per item. I then put these small bags into a gallon size zipper bag, one for bracelets, another necklaces, etc. They also sell bags that are smaller and made for jewelry (I saw them at Walmart) but this is a cheaper way to go.
