Have a Summer Barbecue - Picnic - Cookout survival plan ready to go when those weekend events hit your schedule. Just because we are outdoors, those chips and dips do not have less calories. Try not to go to a picnic hungry. And if you know the menu ahead of time, plan your picnic in your daily planner. One hot dog and roll with toppings can easily be a full meal's worth of calories. All this being said, enjoy the SUMMER!! emoticon emoticon
