Whenever I bake chicken or anything else in the oven, I line the pan with parchment paper. Nothing ever sticks and cleanup is so easy. There's no need to use a non-stick spray either! It's very reasonably priced and is usually located near aluminum foil. I wish I hadn't waited so many years to try it!

When I'm packing my lunch in the morning I'm usually in a hurry. To help me get out the door more quickly I have things like deli meat already separated into single serving sizes. I just take a small piece of parchment paper and lay it between each serving. Not only does this keep me on track with my serving sizes but it's helping the kids be able to judge what portion sizes should be! 334
