I totally concur with you, I weigh myself everyday and it certainly does not look like I am losing but I am definitely not giving up.

    I like to do this especially when I am starting out, makes me more aware.. like this week when I started out again :)

    Me too! It's completely up to the individual, and I get frustrated when people (on here, mostly) "gently correct" me when I mention my morning weigh-in by telling me not to weigh every day.

I need to. It keeps me on my toes. If I know I'm weighing in the morning, it keeps me from going crazy at dinner or having a midnight snack.
