Wipe down your Geo. Foreman (or similar) indoor grill while it is still warm. Trust me on this one, it will make life much easier. If it should cool down before you get to it, just heat it back up again. I use a dry paper towel to do mine. Of course, be careful not to burn yourself!

George Foreman Grills & Crockpots
I will be using mine a lot now that the weather (for those of us with winters) is forcing me inside. I make grilled vegetable paninis on the GF grill and they're delicious with a bowl of chicken soup which I make with left over chicken, noodles and vegetables in the crockpot. All done with little effort.

Having a George Foreman grill and a crockpot is a great investment in time and nutrition.
I recently traded my old Foreman grill for a new model with grill plates that remove. It is so much easier to clean, I highly recommend it. I use the Foreman for fish (salmon, tilapia, mahi, cod, etc.), boneless chicken, pork chops, steaks, veggies, and hamburger. My family and I like the results.
