Mini Chocolates

If I've stuck to my plan for the day, I reward myself with a mini chocolate before bed. Then I brush my teeth so I won't eat another. I keep the chocolates in the freezer, removing one at dinnertime so it can warm up before treat time.

MORE INFORMATION:
This helps me delay craving gratification. It also keeps me from feeling overly deprived. I don't like frozen chocolate, so keeping it in the freezer prevents cheating. I use milk chocolate because it's my fave, but dark chocolate would be a healthier option.
