I have a sweet tooth and for some reason I just find the need to crave candy, cookies ect...... So instead I've decided to eat grapes watermelon apples. It works pretty well and I have consumed less calories.

When I'm craving something sweet, like a cookie or candy. I'll eat fresh fruit and a tablespoon or two of nutella. It tastes just like chocolate to me but is healthier. The sweet fruit always hits my sweet tooth and the chocolate taste makes me forget that I'm not actually having candy.
My favorite fruit for this is strawberries. Moderation is important because too much nutella can be high calories.
I have quit eating sugar! No sweets, candy, cookies,white bread, etc.
I did make it through 3 snack days at work, passed up made from scratch birthcake, even made it through Easter and ate no candy. This candy is available everyday at work and I have been successful. I do feel more energetic and more peaceful.
