I have a sweet tooth and for some reason I just find the need to crave candy, cookies ect...... So instead I've decided to eat grapes watermelon apples. It works pretty well and I have consumed less calories. emoticon

    Grapes also taste great frozen!! Watermelon in smoothies make them very satisfying and it adds sweetness without adding any sugar
