This is a good idea for the following reasons: It's beautiful out there with trees and plants and the like, fresh air is good for you and can help you clear your head if you're stressed, the sun = vitamin D, and, of course, going outside means you're moving, which is good for you!

I am makinag a habit of Walking everyday after having my dinner. Yesterday it was too late, and was raining ,too. I am happy that i walked indoor even if it was for a few minutes. Its helping in digestion and burning a handful of Calories, too 224
Whenever, its raining and I lose the ability to go outside for a run or the kids are wanting to do something, I say let's dance to make the rain go away... well usually 45 - 60 minutes later after we've danced to all our favorite tunes! I feel great and burned like 300-500 calories. 198
