Sometimes I get overwhelmed after getting up getting the kids to school then coming home to housework. So I make it a goal that if I am going to do house work that day, to pick one thing and do that only. Like cleaning the bathroom. Its less overwhelming to tackle one thing then have to do everything. :)
Pick one thing each day that you like about your body, tell it to yourself often during the day. It doesn't have to be weight loss related, you could love the color of your eyes, you could love the dimples in your cheeks, the color of your hair. But, finding one things each day that you like about yourself will keep you thinking positively about yourself the entire day. Positive thinking about your body will translate to your workouts, your attitude and your ultimate weight loss goals.
