I have to decide what's important and what's insignificant in my life in order to maintain mental peace. When I'm overwhelmed with life, it may take a little while, but organizing my thoughts gets me back into focus so that I can Keep Sparkin'!!!
Someone told me a long time ago to try to look at the whole picture. Will "this" be important a year from now? What can I do to change the situation? Am I the problem or can I even identify the problem? What do I want to happen? How can I make it happen?I have to remember that I'm in charge of me.
