I quit when I had 10 lbs to lose, now I have 15! I am successful at being non smoker. Have plan to stick more closely to my meal plan and add walking 3 days a week to my 2 days of aquacise..Hope this will be my plan of success

    I quit too and exercise helped the getting rid of cravings.

    You have done one of the most loving and responsibile things you could do for yourself by quitting smoking. Don't be hard on yourself for gaining the additional weight; stay as positive as you are and you'll lose it and will be SO much better off in the long run! Pat emoticon
