Sometimes when I am exercising I feel like I want to quit. I think I'm sweating ,I've already did 10 mins Etc
I have managed to accomplish my 30 mins everyday. I try ot put the negative out of my mind and picture myself dancing would i quit in the middle of a song NO. Next thing I know my 30 mins are up
No one likes to think of their own end, but it is inevitable. I often hear people talk about how they are too busy to do the things they'd like to do. Remember a couple of things- 1) No one was ever on their deathbed wishing they spent more time at work or cleaning the house. 2) Never feel you are indispensable. Go to any graveyard, I would imagine that there are people there who thought the very same about themselves... yet, the world kept turning, society didn't collapse. Live, laugh, love.
