I'm not a naturally positive person (especially about myself!), so I have to put "feeling hopeful" on my to-do list! When you wake up each morning, before getting out of bed, think of one thing you have to look forward to in the day. A little hope goes a LONG way!
It's okay to feel good about something in your day that you know you'll do - it's important for this to be a little different from goal-setting so that you can truly anticipate positively something in your day without fear of failure.

I type in my password at least a half a dozen times a day on various website and work applications. I've changed my password to be self affirming. It will be something like, "Iamhappy!", "Mylifeisgreat!" or "Iwillbethin!" I add a couple of numbers at the end for security purposes.
