I have come to find that if I make out my meal plans and schedule my exercise for the evening while I'm still at work, I feel MUST follow thru .. and I meet my goals. Pretty cool

  • This something I've GOT to start doing again ... it's the only sure way of getting me where I want to go and that's to gain my health back and stay there. Thanks for the reminder.

  • I do this all the time. I track my dinner meal at noon so I can adjust where needed. I get as close to 1200 calories as possible and keep the 40/30/20% of carbs/prot/fats ratio. - by JOANELAINE5
