I make tiny goals that help to push me on further. If I am running I pick a point up a head to run to and then promise myself that I can walk if I get to that point. Tiny goals but many of them, when you reach one set another. Its great to keep you going and making you go that extra little bit.
...or cupboard, or closet, or shelf, or tote... etc. Set a goal that once per ___ (week? day?) you will clean out one of section of your living space. (Glove compartment, plastic container full of office supplies, dining room table, junk drawer, craft corner -- you get the drift!)
