Keeping Glucometer, Meds And Pedometer Together Really Helps Tracking.

This Sparked Me!

I keep my medication and test kit and my pedometer together. At night all three go on my kitchen Island so i see them and test my FBS, then I take my meds for the day and then I clip on my pedometer. If I am not yet dressed I clip it to my slipper, my feet are always covered. When I am dressed I transfer it to my waist band. My day has then begun Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon

Fantastic idea! I already keep my meds in the fridge (one has to be kept cold). My ipod is my pedometer, so I can just recharge it every night with the alarm-clock-dock that's already on top of the fridge. Now if I just put my testing kit next to it, I'll be set!

Excellent idea to actually leave them lined up on the counter - I have accomplished having the meds pre-set-up but the idea of test, meds and pedometer all lined up is great!! Thanks and have a blessed day. emoticon emoticon
