Stick To Your Meal Plan By Making It An Event

I plan a healthy dinner or snack and then I fail. When it happened to a spark friend I got brainstorming. Then a light went off in my head to do it for myself! Make the meal an event as though it were a "date". Set the table, write a note to yourself, make parts ahead such as the individual veg. for the salad. Just like exercise, eating and attitude are closely linked. I need to change my relationship with food. Sticking to my meal plan is not a punishment, it is a gift! Worth it I am!
