Looking in the mirror.

I leave myself messages on my bathroom and bedroom mirrors. When I'm getting ready in the morning or getting dressed for the day, it helps to see something motivational to focus on and remind me of what I'm working for and how I'm worth the work. I started with something simple like a quote from W. L. Bateman
"If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always gotten."
