whenever I go a bit over my calories, don't excersize or don't lose as much as I think I should be I always say out loud how far I've come. This helps me realize that nothing comes without work and time, and then I smile and go clean something. Keeps me busy and less likely to give in to snacking

I have a posterboard right above my computer desk full of Positive Reinforcement. I got some "scrapbooking" stickers and one of my favorite pictures of me. The main three lines are " Positive Thinking, Positive Attitude, Positive LIFE"
I have had problems with depression in the past. Also can be a bit grumpy getting up so early so this helps me stay on a positive thought

Not only will you feel like doing more, others around you will want to help you.
