when im feeling low i try and write 5 things that i like about myself! its a real confidence booster but trust me wen i say some times its hard but oh so worth it! good examples are (and mine 2day) 1:i have a nice smile 2: i have womanly curves 3: im doing very well dieting 4: i have family and friends who care about me and are very proud of me 5: i can run for a full minute without stopping!

I dont have a set day for having a treat, I wait until my weight hasnt budged a bit in more than a few days and I know I need a treat day. Not only do I see the weight i was struggling to shift disapear plus some within the few days after a treat day but treat days also make me feel yuck and remind me why I eat healthy every other day. Im averaging 1 treat day out of 10-14 healthy days. It feels good to finally know what my body wants/needs :-)
DAY 1:you will feel great. DAY 2:PAIN DAY 3:it'll feel better 2moro. DAY 4:hump day DAY 5:get mad at the pain! that's right! be in disbelief that you are this out of shape and fix it! DAY 6:your body has a chump moment; rock it mentally! DAY 7:BEAT THAT GYM LIKE IT OWES YOU!
This is for all my various friends who are having a hard time getting in starting up their workout routine. Remember this: its going to hurt. How much it's gonna hurt is up to you. You can rest on day 2 and let that pain grown or work thru it!
