when im feeling low i try and write 5 things that i like about myself! its a real confidence booster but trust me wen i say some times its hard but oh so worth it! good examples are (and mine 2day) 1:i have a nice smile
2: i have womanly curves
3: im doing very well dieting
4: i have family and friends who care about me and are very proud of me
5: i can run for a full minute without stopping!
