I try to sneak in two fruits and or veggies into every meal. Mashed cauliflower is one of my families favorites! And we never get the canned foods. If I cant grow it myself, then I get from a local grower or frozen. I want to make sure that my family gets the freshest and best!

I have been making healthy snacks mostly cut up fruit & veggies and putting them in attractive bowls everywhere in my kitchen & dining room. So when I want to grab something to pop in my mouth it's the first thing I see. This is helpful when I'm cooking so I eat healthy snacks instead of looking for something not so healthy. It's just more convenient not to get something else out.
