What I Learned On My Trip This Past Weekend

I packed prepackaged snacks like whole grain crackers, fruit, V8, cheese and water for our 9 hour drive.
It was so Great to have something to munch on Guilt Free and without stopping.

    Only way to go. I do have to stop to stretch my legs but I can just walk around and munch no sitting required Thanks pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon
