If there's something you'd like to add to your food for health, but you think it's something you don't like...try it. Green smoothies (with spinach) are surprisingly delicious. There are some things I still don't like and won't eat (tomato...) but a surprising number of the things I thought I wouldn't like...I did. And healthy variety keeps me from falling back on unhealthy habits...
