If you have a a nice side table but the top is messed up try taking a piece of wallpaper . Cut the wallpaper that fits the top of the table. The wallpaper stays in place by the lamp and the item you put on top. You could also put a piece of glass over the wallpaper too. You can get a roll of wallpaper on sale or at garage sales for cheap.

I have pictures of what I want to look like posted around my house. I keep these near my dresser, fridge, inside of my restroom door and my car. Monthly, I take a current picture of myself and post it side by side with the others. I can see how far I have come and how close I am to my goal.
Taking pictures is hard to do when you are not happy with yourself. Instead of focusing on my MANY imperfections, I point out the things I like about myself. I don't hide from the camera anymore. I even have a new pose and know which side profile I like best..hehee..334
Get a little tiny bit more strength training in each day by doing leg lifts while you brush your teeth. Do 10 reps for each of the 12 sides of your teeth (inside top left, inside top middle, inside top right, outside top left, outside top middle, outside top right....same on bottom)! Then you have done 120 more leg lifts for the day--2 more minutes exercise AND THE ADDED BONUS: you really worked on cleaning your teeth properly!! 334
