I was doing very well with SP a while back but due to circumstances I let things slide. It took a while but now I'm back on track because I make sure to log in every day. I track my food and exercise faithfully. And I have been getting great support from my fellow SP team mates. 224
I try to use all the great resources that SP has to offer, trackers, SP teams, recipes, articles, etc.
I could never do a diet diary until I decided to make my weight loss journey something I could share and inspire others with. So I started typing everything every day...how I felt, what I ate, what recipes I found. It motivated me to think I might help someone else one day who feels fat and hopeless.
