Morning Devotion And Fasting



EVERY morning, I incorporate the help from my 'Maker". After a little time with Him, I am "positive, focused and "pumped". It's not for everybody (too bad), but maybe you should try it, you never know until you do. Anyway, it works for me.

More Information:

My body has been so tuned to waking up at 5:45, i now don't need and alarm clock. Routine is the best thing for mind and body. It seems to thrive on 'regularity', but, I "change gears" ever so often, so my body/mind team doesn't get 'lazy'.
