I have combined two stress reduction techniques - meditation and spirituality. Every night before I go to bed I listen to the day's installment of the Daily Audio Bible. (I set a goal of listening to the entire Bible in one year. So far, the streak is alive.) I follow that with Yoga Nidra meditation, leading me to sleep. It allows me to reflect on the day in positive terms, plan the next day, and sleep soundly.
