Slip Some Juice Into That Water!

Drinking 8 glasses of water can be yukky--in fact in can even make you gag--it did to me. I learned that if you slip a little fruit juice into that water--say, 1/8 cup even, just to break the water tension, you can much more easily drink the water!

    I drink filtered water from the refrigerator. At restaurants, I always ask for a lemon slice in my water. If I drink tap water, I add a lemon slice. I keep them in the freezer and pull one out when I need it.

    Don't forget to track those calories! That could add up to alot over the days and weeks.

    You can use a piece of fresh fruit too and it will flavor it.
